Why We Started This
Arivu
Founder
Arivu grew up in Trichy, and spent 12 years working in banking before starting SN Property Management. The idea came from a simple, repeated pattern: friends and family buying land or building homes in Trichy, and getting burned — informal brokers who disappeared after the sale, contractors who missed deadlines with no accountability, banks that needed documentation nobody had prepared. Charles started CA Property Management to be the single point of contact that Trichy's property market was missing.

Regulatory Maturity, Without the Competition
Trichy is past the early-adopter phase of RERA-driven formalisation, but still underserved by organised, professional advisory compared to Chennai or Coimbatore. That gap — real regulatory maturity, without real competition — is why we started here, not there.
