Legal Check
Independent counsel verifies title and encumbrance on your chosen parcel.
What you'll need: your ID documents, and sign-off to proceed once the legal report is shared.
Purchase
Registration and transfer, with our support throughout.
What you'll need: ID/KYC documents and funds ready for registration.
Design / Build
Architect and contractor coordination, milestone-based construction.
What you'll need: sign-off on architect drawings and approval at each payment milestone.
Handover
Final walkthrough, documentation handover, keys in hand.
What you'll need: to attend (or delegate) the final walkthrough and acknowledge receipt of documents.
